Guidelines for responsible and lawful use of Mindforge services

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by Mindforge Intelligence, LLC("Mindforge," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to all users, including Client organizations and their authorized users. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Permitted Uses

You may use our Services for:

• Academic research
• Data analysis for regulatory reporting

✓ Research & Development

• Academic research
• Internal algorithm development
• Statistical analysis
• Historical data analysis

✓ Operational Integration

• Internal system integration
• Automated alert systems
• Business intelligence feeds
• Custom reporting

✓ Data Usage Rights

• Access and analyze provided data
• Integrate with internal systems
• Create internal derived insights
• Archive for historical analysis

Prohibited Uses

✗ Illegal Activities

You may NOT use our Services for:

Any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activities
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Market manipulation or insider trading
Violation of securities laws or regulations
Circumvention of financial sanctions or embargoes

✗ Intellectual Property Violations

You are prohibited from:

Reverse engineering our algorithms or methodologies
Copying, redistributing, or reselling our data or Services
Creating competing services using our intellectual property
Circumventing technological protection measures
Violating any third-party intellectual property rights

✗ Technical Abuse

You may NOT:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt service operations
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Conduct security testing without written permission
Overload systems with excessive requests or traffic
Engage in automated scraping, bulk extraction, or circumvent technical rate limits or access controls

✗ Data Misuse

Prohibited data activities include:

Redistributing our data to unauthorized third parties
Using data for purposes outside your licensed scope
Attempting to identify individual persons from aggregated data
Combining our data to create unauthorized derivative products
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users

Commercial Use Restrictions

Redistribution Limitations

Without explicit written permission, you may NOT:

Resell or sublicense access to our Services
Provide commercial data feeds using our information
Create financial products based solely on our signals
Offer consulting services that constitute investment advice using our data
Publish public reports, newsletters, or advisories that include Mindforge outputs or materially derived outputs

Attribution Requirements

When presenting analysis based on our data:

Provide appropriate attribution to Mindforge
Include disclaimers about data limitations
Avoid representing our data as your own analysis
Respect confidentiality requirements in your agreements

Security and Access Requirements

Account Security

You MUST:

Maintain secure account credentials
Implement multi-factor authentication where available
Regularly review and update access permissions
Immediately report suspected security breaches
Comply with password and access control policies

Data Protection

You are REQUIRED to:

Protect data received through our Services
Implement appropriate access controls
Maintain audit logs of data access and usage
Comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
Report data breaches that may affect our Services

Compliance Requirements

Legal Compliance

You MUST:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtain necessary licenses for your business activities
Respect export control and sanctions requirements
Maintain required regulatory filings and disclosures
Ensure authorized use by all personnel

Monitoring and Enforcement

Usage Monitoring

Mindforge reserves the right to:

Monitor service usage for compliance
Analyze access patterns and data consumption
Investigate suspected policy violations
Implement technical measures to prevent abuse

Violation Response

Upon detecting violations, Mindforge may:

Issue warnings and require corrective action
Temporarily suspend service access
Permanently terminate service agreements
Pursue legal remedies for damages
Report violations to relevant authorities

Benchmark Publications

You may not publish performance benchmarks or comparative evaluations of Mindforge systems without Mindforge's prior written consent.
